The Brady Bunch


-The show aired on ABC from September 26, 1969 to March 8, 1974.

-The show was a sitcom that revolved around the life of a blended family. The mom had 3 daughters and the dad had 3 sons.






Happy Days


-Happy Days aired on ABC from January 15, 1974 to September 24, 1984.

-The show was set in the 50’s and 60’s and was all about the idealized life for middle class America after World War II. It was shown mostly through the eyes of high school student, Richie Cunningham, and all his friends.

-In the show there was a character named “Fonzie” who had a greaser and motorcycle style that clashed with the other characters in the show.



Jaws


-This movie came out in 1975 and was directed by Steven Spielberg.

-This movie is about a local sheriff, marine biologist, and old seafarer who are on the hunt for a man eating shark that had wreaked havoc all along the beach.



Saturday Night Fever


-It came out in 1977 and is an American musical drama film.

-It stars John Travolta who plays Tony Manero and in the movie he escapes reality by going to a disco club where he is king of the disco.




Grease


-Released in 1978 and is an American romantic musical.

The movie is about two high school students; a bad boy played by John Travolta and a good girl played by Olivia Newton-John set in the late 1950’s.

-The movies soundtrack was the second best selling of the year in 1978.
